By accessing and using The Intelligence Gateway ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Intelligence Gateway provides API access to top-performing AI models from DesignArena. The Service allows you to generate content including text, images, videos, and other media formats through a unified API interface.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of the Service is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in your account plan. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these limits or use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users' access.

7. Payment and Billing

If you purchase credits or a subscription plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Intelligence Company Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
